A more intuitive, and educational, user experience.
We were approached by Cisco’s Small Business team to redesign their web presence on Amazon. They were struggling against competitors in this market, and it didn’t take much research to realize why. In many ways Cisco was speaking to potential customers like subject matter experts leading to a high cost of entry to even understand what they would need to get their business’ network set up.
We decided to appeal to this tech-agnostic market with a more intuitive and educational experience that helped walk them through the buying process. Rather than organize products by characteristics like port quantity, bandwidth or signal range, we created solutions pages that catered to our buyer’s needs directly.
When all was said and done, the Small Business portfolio’s revenue grew 225% on Amazon.
